Iconic Hair Extensions LLC offers exchanges for products purchased on our website within 7 days of the original purchase date. We do not offer refunds.

- Not have been used or worn.
- Not have any signs of damage or alterations.
3. Exchange Process

- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
- Exchange Shipment: Once we receive your returned product and verify that it meets all the exchange requirements, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement product to you.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the product and processing a replacement.
